Extra pounds, especially after pregnancy, are something that affects most of us.
It is a topic that concerns us, but that does not come to us to talk about.
Can you still have an enviable silhouette after pregnancy?
Well, YES!, it can! I am a clear example, and I am speaking to you about how I did it:
- to have less than 10 kg compared to the moment I became pregnant, at the first pregnancy,
- to get from 69 to 57 kg in 3 months, at a distance of 4 months from birth, to doau pregnancy.
