Chia pudding with peanut butter and cashews

Chia pudding is one of our favorite desserts. It's easy and fast, it's tasty, and it's very healthy!

What we also like is that you can play with the ingredients in the same way, and you get a better dish than another one!

And this combination with peanut butter and cashews is incredibly good!!

The preparation is suitable for children over 1 year old. For babies over 6 months old, remove the honey or replace it with banana, and grind the cashew.

Ingredients:

  • 3 tablespoons of chia
  • 150 ml sweet milk (I took from Covalact de Tara )
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tsp carob
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • shredded raw cashews

Preparation mode:

Put the sweet milk Covalact de Tara over the chia seeds, stir and leave to moisturize for 10 minutes.

When the chia seeds have hydrated, add honey, peanut butter and carob, and stir until smooth.

Decorate with shredded cashews and serve with pleasure!
