Sugar-free burnt sugar cream for babies

"Burnt sugar cream without sugar?! How is that coming?! Either it's burnt sugar or it's no longer sugar!! "… That's the first thought that's probably going to go through your mind, right?!.. 🙂 Yes!, and No! :)) Let me explain!

Because the children's body does not process sugar until a certain age (opinions are divided about it, so I personally do not pronounce myself, and I choose to push as much as possible, as far as possible the moment when I introduce it in the children's diet), I try to find options, alternating, variants of sweetener suitable for the little ones (anyway, up to 1 year, absolutely no sweetener is recommended!). So, a variant of sweetener that looks exactly like sugar, has the same taste, but is healthy unlike sugar itself, is stevia. You can find it in many manufacturers, under many brands, but one that I have remained to is the one from GrecoStevia . What is interesting about this is that 1 tablespoon GrecoStevia = 2 tablespoons sugar!!.. in other words, less occupied place in the closet!

It does not behave like sugar in all preparations, but in 90% of them you do not even say that it is stevia and not sugar!

I said to try the burnt sugar cream, with stevia, and the result is yummy!! I hope to inspire you and give him a chance, that from there it is certain that you will fall in love with this healthy option!!

Preparation mode:

Place the stevia in a saucepan on the fire and mix in it incontionuuu, until it melts and becomes liquid (attention, the color to remain yellow and not to turn brown!).

Once melted, lie on the walls of the pan with circular movements until it cools (at the end you will have the walls of the pan dressed in stevia).

In another saucepan put the milk and bring it to a boil. Take the saucepan off the fire, put the tablespoon of stevia together with the sachet of vanilla sugar, stir until it melts, then put a lid and let it infuse and cool.

Beat the eggs in a bowl, and mix with flour poured in the rain (be careful not to make lumps!). Add warm milk gradually until you incorporate it into the dough.Put the mixture so obtained in the saucepan wallpapered in initiation with stevia. Put in the oven preheated to 180 degrees Cesius for 40 minutes until a crust is formed on top, the composition is no longer liquid but gelationasa, and pass the toothpick test (put the toothpick in the middle of the pan – it must come out dry, clean, and without traces of egg on it).Remove from the oven, let cool, and serve with pleasure!

Spore to the kitchen and good appetite!

With love,
