Panna cotta with ripe apples for babies

Panna cotta is a light, tasty dessert that is made quickly (leaving in the fridge I think is the big challenge) and can be combined with any fruit on top.

When we make it friendly and for the little ones, eh, then it becomes ideal!

Personally, this dessert takes me to the summer, something refreshing, and on the other hand, ripe apples I go thinking about winter, cold, a sweet baked, and a unique flavor throughout the house.

Can you combine the two states, totally opposite?! Base, panna cotta, topping, ripe apples? If the imagination does not do its job, I invite you to try this delight, the singiura mention to do being: do double quantity!! You'll love him!

I'll give you a hug and help!

Preparation mode

Separate milk into 2 containers: one 100 ml and one 150 ml.
Mix 100 ml of milk with the 8 g agar agar and leave for 10 minutes.

Cut the sliced apples, place them in a heatproof dish, and place them in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.

Put the remaining 150 ml of milk in a saucepan on the hob over medium heat and heat it. When approaching boiling point, add the remaining milk with agar agar, honey, and stir constantly until all ingredients are homogenized.

Take the saucepan off the heat, add the yogurt, and stir.

Put in glasses and refrigerate for at least 4 hours (ideally it is from one day to the next).

Decorate with baked apple slices and serve with pleasure!

Good appetite!
