Baby cheese pie

We like to always have a snack in the house, no matter what name or what shape it wears. The important thing is to exist!

And as most of the time our time is limited, I want to come to your aid with food ideas that do not require much time and involvement, but on the contrary: throw a few ingredients in the mixer, put in a pan, put in the oven, and ready to snack!

On this principle is also this pie, and the result is spectacular (not to mention the texture, which is so fine… mmm).


  • 4 eggs
  • 500g sour cream
  • 500 g cow cheese cheese (I tried with goat cheese, and sheep cheese, and they all come out equally good)
  • 4 tablespoons of flour

The eggs, sour cream and telemeau I took from The Linden Grocery and the flour from Dried Fruits Supplier .

Preparation mode:

Put all the ingredients in the mixer, stir until everything is homogenized, and the cheese is no longer pieces, and put in a heat-resistant dish (greased with butter).

Put in the preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 50 minutes.
