Chia pudding with chocolate and bananas for babies
published by Ioana Serea on March 9, 2021
One of my recent loves is the chia pudding. I love it so much, and it's made so easy, by… what to say … if it were all the preparations like her… Mmm…
Alexandra from Journey of Taste has a recipe that I tried as soon as I set my eyes on it. And I did very well!
I adapted here and there, so that I could make her a baby and that the little ones could eat. But as soon as I find a moment just for myself, I will also try the original recipe 😀
I hope you wink and try it yourself!
I'll pup you and hug you!
Ingredients:
- 5 tablespoons of chia (I used from Dried Fruits Supplier )
- 250 ml milk and 1 banana (I used from Bacania Tei)
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup (I used from Lucas Bites)
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon carob
- walnuts
- Greek yogurt
Preparation mode:
I mixed all the ingredients except banana, nuts and Greek yogurt and left to moisturize in the fridge for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
Later I added the yogurt, bananas and nuts. You can serve with or without yogurt, and the fruits and seeds you can combine to your liking.
