Muffins with bananas and nuts for babies

For us muffins are never enough… we just can't get enough of them!!

We make them in the same way and face, and I personally am surprised by the mega taste combinations that I manage to discover!

As recently it was my birthday, and it is known about the weakness for muffins (see also the logo), I received as a gift a book only and only with muffins and cupcakes!! Yuhuuu!!"

Now, what I have to do is to adapt the recipes, to be suitable for the little ones, and to tell you about them too!

I start with a combination that you go with for sure, bananas with nuts!

Preparation mode:

Beat the eggs and add the stevia, butter and beaten milk, in this order, stirring continuously.

Incorporate and flour in the composition and chew until smooth.

Cut the bananas into cubes, and put them in the rest of the composition, together with the nuts, stirring with a spatula, from top to bottom.

Put in the muffin tray, in the paper for muffins, or in silicone molds and put in the oven preheated to 180 for 30 minutes (or until they pass the toothpick test – the moment you insert the toothpick into the muffins, it must come out dry, and without dough on it).

Let cool, and serve with pleasure!

Tips and tricks:

  • flour you can use of any type, even integral … muffins come out just as good (at Dried Fruits Supplier )you can find some very good assortments! I will also leave you a discount code: JOSBABY08 for 8% discount on any order!)
  • bananas, depending on the age of the child, you can care and make puree (at Bacania Tei you can use the code josbabyrecipes-12and  you get 12% discount on the first order!)
  • walnut seeds you can leave them whole, small a little, or grated, depending on the age of the child – the younger it is, the more you grind them!
  • sweetener you can use depending on the prefetinte: stevia (I take from GrecoStevia ), maple syrup or agave (I take them from Lucas Bites ), or honey (I take from Dried Fruits Supplier ). You can play a bit with the quantities, in the sense of adding more, if you like sweeter, but a tablespoon of sweetener, whatever it may be, is the minimum, for a good taste. Take in the cup as the banana gives a sweetness to the whole dish!

I hug you with love,
