Chia pudding with walnuts, mango puree and Greek yogurt for babies
published by Ioana Serea on March 9, 2021
We eat chia pudding almost every day, so much we love it!!!
We combine it with frcute, be they puree or dishes, with Greek yogurt, and with all kinds of seeds, whole, shredded, or ground (especially recommended at the beginning of diversification, to avoid the risk of drowning).
A savory idea of this dessert is with Greek yogurt, mango puree and ground nuts. It's a good demential combination!!
To be useful and increase in cooking!
Ingredients:
- 3 tablespoons of chia (I used from Dried Fruits Supplier )
- 150 ml milk and 1 mango (I used from Tei Grocery)
- 1 teaspoon of honey (I used from the Garden lu' mamaie ) – recommended for children over 1+ years because of the risk of botulism
- 1 cinnamon powder
- ground walnuts
- Greek yogurt
Preparation:
I mixed the milk with the chia and left to hydrate overnight in the fridge.
The next day I mixed with cinnamon and honey.
I put a mango in the blender to get the puree and put it over the chia pudding. I added some blueberries
It can be served as a snack or as breakfast. However you choose to do it, you will fall in love with this quick and tasty version (not to mention nourishing!!) of pudding.
I hug you with love!
