Tart with lime and condensed milk

This lime tart has a very nice history 🙂

Watching Mihaela with love for a while, and admiring her at the same time, I kept saying that I was trying her recipes … but that word… I don't have time for my ideas, then those of those around me…

Well, I said to take the time and try a preparation of her own, and I chose the famous lime tart and condensed milk. I went to guess, in the sense that, I chose to make this recipe for the first time, the day before my birthday, somehow, without time "to dreg the situation" in case something went wrong … But, as she says, if you strictly follow the ingredients and the steps in preparing it, there is no way you can't help but get it right… so I add … and mega delicious!!!

It's a guaranteed success, and the fact that it's NO BAKING, for me is a huge plus!!

Now, what I would add is that within a month, I did it 4 times!! 4 TIMES!!" :))

"Provoked" let's say buzzstore and LaDorna (not to say that I found practically an excuse to do it once :)) ), I decided to film everything, to see how easy it is done!!

The taste I can not pass on to you, but my mother's saying "Good chicken, it comes out good!", I can confirm it, that the ingredients play a very important role in this preparation, and not only!

I recommend you to try it, that you will keep praising it long and well!


For the countertop:

  • 250 g digestive biscuits (not another type of biscuits, that they behave differently, and you risk not going out)
  • 100 g melted butter – minimum 82% fat

For the cream:

  • juice and peel from 3 bio limes
  • 400 g sweetened condensed milk (not condensed coffee milk)
  • 250 ml liquid sour cream (minimum 30% fat) – I used from LaDorna
